[中餐館] Golden Paramount Seafood Restaurant

This is not really a food review but to share some pictures of the food that I ordered at this place. The Chinese name is "Gum Bak Lok".

We finished all the dishes! It was shared by 9 ppl. I think the bill was around $300 with tip.

yes this is the stir fried 龍穿鳳翼.
I don't think the 荷葉飯 needed to be pre-ordered.
We only pre-ordered the winter melon soup and the salt baked chicken.

btw 荷葉飯 is made with regular rice. Not sticky rice.

What style are they? Wor choi? Low-end Jau Lau?  High-end seafood restaurant?

I think they try to be the "High-end seafood restaurant". Decor is nice and the "set" menu has shark fin in most of them. (which i am not too happy with)
I like this place but not love it... There are some dishes that I don't mind having again. Like the chicken wings, the vegetables and the winter melon soup.

First picture is deep fried oyster "ping" reconstructed tofu ("pay par tofu")
That's new style salt baked chicken nei.. not deep fried chicken.
So skin not as cripsy as 炸子雞 but less greasy.
