yup ... me too - I heard his speech regarding fusion around 8:30 am when I'm on my way to Yohan centre

I tried the food at Sunday - we didn't know even it was his first day - and food is so so - price is affordable but didn't worth it

Haven't tried its food yet. But agree with you that he does even know that "fusion cuisine" is!!! He just makes himself looks sooooo....... stupid.

BTW, does anyone know what kind of "博士" degree he owns?  Is it Ph D of BS?

I personally do not think he has high educational background and some rumours suggested that he bought the cert somewhere and called himself 博士.
