I “pick on” Somewhereintime because I disagreed with his opinions and don’t like his attitude of 死雞撐飯蓋. If you dare to post your opinions here, why should you be afraid of people challenge you, especially for a valid point?

Mr. Somewhereintime had gone off topics and hijack topics many times and why I didn’t see you complained or said a word about it? Why don’t you jus point out which point I said was wrong directly instead of meaninglessly defending someone else by accusing me “picking on” someone?  

Why should we just allow a small group of people to share their knowledge and experiences and forbidden others to share about the sky outside of their little well?

When you buy a large clay pot in Chinatown, they would test it for you(not the 99 cents ones).
It is not necessary to soak the clay pot every single time, but keep an eye on and do not
cook at extreme high heat. Turn the heat to simmering after the water come to a boil, and
cook gently for 20 minutes. The rice should be cooked, but it would taste better if you allow
it to stand/or sit for another 5-6 minutes.
