For Thai Jasmine rice, 1 cup rice: 1.5 cup water; but then, some people would like to add some Australia
油粘米 to make it softer, the ratio need to be adjusted accordingly .

today i finally went to public market for 煲仔飯

we had chicken + mushroom; and chinese sausage + spare ribs in black beans

they tasted okay. pretty cheap though

琴晚我先整完臘味大煲飯。。。。哈哈哈
加埋自己整甜豉油~ 煲到尾,淋落個邊,連D飯礁都有豉油味。。。好好味~~~

How do you make the 甜豉油? cuz last time when I make the 臘味煲仔飯, and I also make the sweet soy sauce, but it tasted really bad.  Can u pls tell me what u put to make the sweet soy sauce?  thanks
