I went in so I know.  You can pay now but can only pick up the item after Dec. 1.  

There was only the 10% off everything sale only for today.

No.. do not think so.. we bought something for my wife's sister's birthday that's coming up in two month and it does not have the additional 10% off.  10% off only applied to non-sales items.
