I think I can get some French Cut Long Bone Rib steak  for $10-12  a piece, Grade AAA dry Aged for 14 days,
it is a show stopper entree for carnivore.

Striploin  has better flavour but less tender, I would use it for slow roasting so
I do not need to buy top quality. Yes, you get more lean meat for your money
compare to ribeye.

I would have to do some arm twisting,  bone-in ribeye is a special order fabricated cut,
not the supermarket type.
I'll need to buy 50 pieces dry-aged AAA ribeye steak for next weekend and ...

CHOP in Richmond, check their menu on line, it is really inexpensive for certified Angus Prime Rib

nah. i  went CHOP twice.  What I can say is.. just Ma Ma day. doesn't worth the price.  that's all.

howeve,r their appetizer and soup are good.  just not the steak.
