you should go to the AGM and ask your neighbours to go as well and vote down the council. don't approve the budget and ask them to explain what the items are. ask them what other companies they have quoted and why pick the ones they signed contract with. the property managment company should help the council getting quotations from other companies if council doesn't know where to find one. if the owners don't go to the AGM and don't show to the council that you are watching them, they'll just do whatever they want.
you can even request to go to their monthly council meeting and ask them questions there. if you can get more neighbours to go to pressure them, that'll be more useful. |
