There are fire fighters that would risk their lives to save other people. There are athletes that died representing their country to be the fastest, to be the best. Would you say they also deserve to die?
So you are comparing the act of captivating an animal for entertainment to putting out a fire? If that's the case, then I guess nobody deserves to die. If someone kills your family tomorrow, he or she should not deserve to die either.
If someone kills your family tomorrow and you strongly feel that this someone deserve to die, I recommend counselling to cope with the lost of your family

If someone killed my family, they would be committing a crime. Even then , it wouldn't be up to me to decide if they deserve to die not even our Canadian Law can decide.
Why can't I compare the fire fighters with the whale trainer ?
Fire fighters serve the city and save people's lives while the whale trainer also serve our city by providing entertainment for people, keeping children away from the street and generate educational interest for kids. They are just as important and valuable to our society.
I do agree however, you are very special and different from the norm. I can tell just by looking at your picture. I think you should participate in the special olympics.
