i always see lots of ppl waiting outside the restaurant during lunch/dinner hours. it's just crazy long line ups. probly because its the only chinese restaurant on that side of the mall?

Nothing special with that resturant. Just super convenient and you want some variety in food choice.

Their location is good and convenient, so their rent is probably be higher than at Chinatown. But they have enough customers to support the store.

i think her name is winnie. i am being treated the same way. everyone knows... she is so rude to everyone including the workers there. such a stupid lady. feel sorry for the people that have to work with her.

Yeah, the food is only so so but the service isn't great... Especially the Winnie woman!
She's sooooooooooo inch!

btw, one time we ordered fried rice and there was a cig butt in there!!
We told the waitress and she suggested to reorder (we ordered another combo), so we ordered another drink. She charged us an extra drink!

It puzzled us how it got into the rice!

    The cook was smoking while cooking the fried rice,
    Yes, it is illegal to smoke inside a restaurant, but
    some staffs still smoke on the job.

wow... their food seemed to be good and clean in my numerous visits. hope that is just one isolated incident :O
