not the same, 買票 is give money to someone who will vote you.  that person just get the money and do the job, and s/he doesn't care you will get the seat or do your promises or not.  that person is the only one who benefit.
競選承諾 will apply to everyone if the majority likes it.

Like in Greece, Spain, Portugal etc, they gave out all the money. That is why their government are bankrupt.

親建制派完全不顧傳媒連日來的報道揭發，繼續使出利誘招數，四出找人參加本月 19日的維園撐政改遊行。工聯會深水埗區屬會及地區服務處再被踢爆，先安排會員到酒樓免費午餐後再去撐政改；有地區團體更以 30元超低價，提供鯉魚門海鮮餐及參觀博物館，出盡辦法吸引市民撐場。由新世紀協會、跑馬地居民協會、灣仔區議員吳錦津及黃宏泰合辦的「鯉魚門樂趣遊」，本月 19日安排了半天豐富的「撐政制向前走」節目。宣傳單張標榜以 30元的超低價，安排參加者由跑馬地前往鯉魚門午膳，品嚐白灼蝦、海上鮮、元貝及鹽焗雞等菜式，用膳後先行參觀東區海防博物館，其後到維園參加有歌星表演的撐政改綜合晚會。
「唔去維園，唔建議買飛」

記者昨按單張上地址到跑馬地表示要報名參加海鮮團，發現該處所門牌寫有香港青年發展網絡、新世紀協會及跑馬地居民協會。職員似存有戒心，隔着鐵閘表示該團門票已沽清，但不肯透露總共有多少名額。商台節目《左右大局》昨以電話查詢，稱只想參加上午活動，接電話的黃姑娘說：「如果你唔想去維園，我唔建議你買飛。」有份主辦海鮮團的灣仔區議員黃宏泰接受無綫電視查詢時承認，活動經費有補貼，經費主要來自地區人士捐款，又否認有來自中聯辦或中央的捐助。不過，他指海鮮團目標人數是數百人，但沒有研究要補貼多少，「都要食到有氣有力，人哋至可以有力同你行」。
工聯會屬會：行吓就得喇

此外，工聯會理事長黃國健一邊稱會勸喻屬會，勿以優惠吸引市民參加政改遊行。但工聯會深水埗地區服務處及旗下屬會香港青年博藝坊，昨日又被揭發安排會員於 19日先到酒樓免費用膳，再到維園參與遊行。本報昨日致電到服務處查詢，職員表示可即時辦入會手續，「遊行只係出嚟行吓就得喇」。


陸續有左派團體在各區以飲食團招攬市民參加 6月 19日撐政改遊行。
