俄國強調不接受日方阻撓總統視察北方四島的企圖 外交部, 日本外相

俄羅斯總統梅德韋杰夫，計劃到同日本有主權爭議的北方四島視察，引發俄日出現外交磨擦；俄羅斯外交部發言人說，俄方不接受日方阻撓梅德韋杰夫視察千島群島的企圖，俄羅斯總統自行決定在自己國家境內的行程路線，外界提出的建議無論如何都是不適當，也是不可接受。

日本外相前原誠司昨日召見俄羅斯大使，警告梅德韋杰夫一旦登上北方四島視察，將不利兩國關係。
