Oh I had a similar experience on last Sunday.
I called the BMO Chinese hotline to get to the RRSP service, I was first greeted with Mandarin voice recordings and after a loooooong wait the person who picked up the phone was an English speaking one, ok fine...
Then it turns out that he couldn't provide help to me cuz he was from a different area, after another loooooooong wait some gal picked up my line and she said she is a trainee, and obviously have trouble with the process and her tools (I just want to buy some GIC), then the phone disconnected, lol!
45 minutes later I was at a TD branch and requested to have my BMO RRSP moved there, done. Papers were filled out right away and the whole thing took less than half an hour including the lineup. See ya BMO.
I guess some people just don't deserve to have business. |
