食皇帝蟹當然是自己即劏, 自己即煮.
腳開邊清蒸, 身避風塘炒, 膏炒飯.
可變為腳花雕蒸, 身椒鹽, 膏炒蛋焗飯
...  千變萬化... :d :p

    It's quite a lot for 2 of us. We didn't have anything else besides that in that night. But any crab smaller than 6lb, the leg is too small and would be "no meat".

yes, i have a ~300sqft big kitchen and a sep room ~48sqft with all stoves in trap all 油氣.

and i like cooking.

king crab is easy to 劏, d shell is very soft.
Scissor can cut it.
best size is 15-18lb
more purple color better.

I want to meet you somewhere. Please give us the time and place. Why are you going to the kitchens? Teach them some skills?
