Very true,
and it breaks down and spoils too.
King crab meat  is 90% water

Just imagine 500 LB crabs packed in a crate for days.

I went Kanpeki Teppanyaki with friends last week
this is my first time try 鐵板燒皇帝蟹
you need to call and reserve the crab before you go
we have 1) salt and pepper 2) Garlic 3) Fried rice
the crab is very good and very big
i like the fresh garlic one, very tasty
salad, veggies and dessert also included
I'm not sure how much per lb
But 5 of us, $45 per person all inclusive, full just by eating the crab !!!

星期二去左Main街新瑞華....無打電話預留隻大既...所以得隻7lb...味道覺得好普通...D蒜蓉唔係好入味~有D失望..... 都係怡園好食D....
