In HK, the subway company is a publicly listed company. The present system of pricing is linked to the inflation rate, as it can go up and down.
This is a fair system that was set up when the subway company and railway company merged together. Unless a new pricing system is set, the fare increase is reasonable.

First, did I say HK government should provide financial assistance directly to the poor and needed to easy their burden on housing, transportation, education and health instead of giving out cash? YES or NO?

Second, did you oppose what I said and insist giving out cash is the only option? YES or NO?
