其實日本政府o係發生地震之後, 已經盡快通知居民會有大型海嘯, 咁都叫做令傷亡人數減低. 算唔算好野?

This is not an example of a good deed, because this should have been done by all RESPONSIBLE governments in the world. Otherwise, what is the point of paying tax to the government? But still, so many people died and so many are still starving!
