Arrange the re-delivery online and you should be fine. If you decide to pick it up, for international order you have to go to the airport, and for domestic you have to go to Annacis Island.

they wouldn't let mi... unless my mom fly back =.=
N from monday... they say they r not sure when it will come...
I can not schedule a time... lol
Which means I have 2 b stuck at home the whole day from 10:30 to 5pm...
cuz they wouldn't let up go pick up the package...

I wonder if a person has 2 work... from 9 to 5pm...
n yao ng bei go pick up ... HAHAHAHA...
they package will be return... =.=
this is just stupid...

Ask your mom to email/fax you an authorization letter/memo with signature (name printed) and date stating "I'm hereby authorizing my son/daughter,ICYSUGAR (), to pick up the parcel on my hehalf in case I'm away from Canada between ?? and ??."

UPS tried the first attempt with no one home for the signature required pkg, driver will leave info notice at door, just call UPS and provide the info notice number, you always can redirect the pkg to your work, that will save you time wait whole day at home!!!
