That's the old standard... I think nowadays it should be about 80-85...

In the old days, it takes about 15-20 years for 1 generation. So by the age of 70, one can almost have grand grand kid or even grand grand grand kid...

Nowadays, I can't laugh if someone passed away when s/he is only 70...

There are some background behind the sino-russian border issue...

I can't say if Lik is wrong, and I can't say whether Lik is correct either... But one thing for sure, the area in dispute is not as big as Taiwan...

If you can provide the "real" balance sheet for these 2 events, we can judge if they are 面子工程... Data won't lie, bias do lie on how people interpret the data...
