Daimo, seems like it's another restless posting with endless disputes... That scares people away from normal discussion... ... Are we getting used to that as a normal LYK custom?

Yes, I was thinking more along the line of knowledge-based industries. I don't feel that this would need a lot of space, since it is really different from manufacturing (which requires factory); and it would be prefect for HK.

A few areas I have in mind:
1. arts
2. biotechnology
3. information technology
4. design / architecture
5. culinary
