Catpiano.  Here in Canada, you pay 1k per year.  In US, 1k per MONTH is cheap.
In HK, delivering a baby is $50000-$80000?, here is no extra cost.

Only thing I don't complaint about Canada is MSP.

响美國可能真係容易D儲錢剩錢, 但, 難搵工bor~ 依家又加拿大個經濟又真係好似比美國好~ 可能係我做個行啦~ 依家真係無咩美國job做, 以前就差唔多全部都係美國job, 依家全部都係加拿大job, 仲要唔係Edmonton 就係 Calgary....
所以, 响溫哥華搵錢, 落美國shopping, 都唔錯吖~

Just talk to few friends of mine in HK ..  their companies cover their medi care wor ..  

I guess depends where la.. and some lower cost alternative ga ma ..

I know delivering a baby in HK from PRIVATE hosp is $50K plus ..  and most people I know, they go that way too .. just that they have CHOICE ... and peace of mind to pay for better service .. here, pretty much no choice ....  and say even with 2 kids ..  $100K HKD, that is $13K cad ... it is easy .. to pay $13K tax here in 2-3 month ...

Anyway ... as rick rick said .. 針無兩頭利 .. just that when I see people complain in HK or US ..  they don't know how lucky and good they are!!

Well, some good thing in here gei .. such as we can play SNOWMAN 11month in a yr ..

MSP (super low paid) also makes Canadian doctors super nice.  The mean ones have gone down south to practise.
Say, baby delivering is better in Canadian hospitals than HK or US.

Yeah I agree baby delivering service here is good...only if the Women's hospital can renovate a bit... I wish every ward is like the one w/ the skylight...is it cedar(can't recall now)....

Our 2 babies delivery was pretty good here, afterall, we have to pay some big bucks out of pockets as well.

I agree that we should be 滿足 and know very lucky we are to live in 1st world country.  Including HK!!  I was watching 水之源 - the part where they talk about india.....!  It was like OMG...!!

Anyway, I wish all LYK to have a Happy New Year, and a great 2012 year to come.!!

Depends on what you do. For me, jobs in US are plenty and there's none in VAncouver.
