[日本料理] good place for sashimi? where

I have relatives visiting from hk and they want to have salmon sashimi and uni... where will be a good place? (i personally dont eat sashimi so i have no clue ><) thanks

除左築地我不清楚外, 其餘幾間都是日本人開, 而且係日本都有店. 當然比香港好吃好多, 但是種要識叫, 最好係叫ashimi

Well..  both are not in season wor.

Salmon later Aug.  Uni fall - winter (the best) and spring.

同香港比唔算貴, 還記得97年係中環置地廣場地下果間(名字已然唔記得)日本料理吃, 種貴過Tojo's.
人地從香港來, 當然吃得起, 低檔的就沒uni
