im not getting a raise after probation and hv been working in the company for 8 months. i want to ask for a raise already! do u think i should do that now or wait until 1 year?

I got a big fat 25% raise....I am literally being thrown in to work on some very difficult tasks so my manager gave me a 4 digit raise   

Unfortunately I will be leaving the current job soon.  O well.
