Family like operation, not that special, fish are fresh but not of high quality.

Henry's kitchen is pretty good in terms of food but the atmosphere is not high end (too much noise), not sure if you would prefer that.

Have you ever studied culinary history? Please do your own research. For example, travelling along the Silk Road allowed so many countries to trade with each other. Wars among the European countries actually allowed fusion of cuisines to take place. The Roman empire and Ghengis khan ruled over vast landscapes. The Europeans invaded many other African and Asian countries. All these events allowed exchanges of culinary techniques. The Japanese/Koreans copied la mian making techniques from China.
