When I had lunch yesterday, I saw security checking those "spots" on food court, like every 15min, to ensure no one is trying to do the same "jumping" again.

Every 15mins?! That is no use.
So from now on, all the jumpers have 14 mins to get ready and jump, if not they will be caught ?!?
