I don't know about HK, but in Canada, the Gov't would take care of the baby.
But what about the parent?

(純粹個人觀點)
25歲既時候, 應該已經好清楚自己條路會點行. 可能呢個時候唔係搵到好多錢, 但應該會知道將來自己條路點走.
經濟基礎呢樣野, 兩公婆一齊共患難, 總會有同享福既一日呢~
小弟25歲既時候都應該可以養得起一個BB的.
