Yes, it could be too much work and annoying.
However, I think it this way, even I could cook the whole crab (all pieces) all in once (that means my stove and wok and pan... are big enough to handle), I will still cook a few dishes separately. Why? Since I can't finish all the pieces (all dishes) fast enough, after two or three pieces the rest will probably get cool before I touch them anyways. I prefer to cook the portion that I am able to finish before they get cool, and then another dish and so on. Yeah, maybe just me. |
