Actually, there is nothing wrong .. if that is the CX staff who took the video ..
Someone was 發斕渣 in his/her company, so it does make sense for him to record a video etc .. so .. in case, his/her manager comes, and askes what happened .. he/she can show the video.
Of course, If that CX staff is the one who post the video .. then that is his/her fault too.
Let's say .. you work in a resturant etc .. someone (ok, customer) come in, yell, jump, dance etc etc to annoy/disturb the resturant and other customers .. as a staff, you can record the incident.
I am not sure, if that is illegal if you yell, dance, jump etc in Airport area, just that I know if it happens in Vancouver .. you will be treated with TASER GUN !!!
You didn't get it.
The lady could have received compensation from Cathy because the Cathy staff taped the video (which shouldn't have), not because of her 縲地發爛渣 or missed the plane.
Next time, be sure you'll do the same in the airport and I'll tape you and post on youtube. Surely, nothing you can get.

If the staff taped that video all because of making a valid evidence just in case his/her manager/supervisor/boss would ask about, or even to submit it as court evidence for further possible legal matters, then that's OK, and even smart. However, if it's intentionally made for personal interest, that's a problem. So, the fact was, did the staff hand over this tape to his/ber manager/supervisor/boss? But on the other hand, he/she didn't keep the tape privately and carefully or didn't delete it, and "someone" spread it over on the internet. Should that staff free from liability?
