No la, it's not only forbidding "them" but every race ar mah. If "they" feel "air doesn't flow smooth in their throat", may I quote Mr. T's most favorite slogan: "This is Canada, go back to Mainland China la!"
i usually go to the cambie branch of the Richmond Public Library and it's pretty quiet.
The library itself is VERY small. So I guess there is no point to "hang out" there.
I agreed that the Main Branch is always noisy.
I always found a lot of students sitting at the computers area, put all their bags there and occupying the computers, but they are grouping together using one computer to do their project work. They are dicussing their works, well, not in loud voice however I think they should work at home. Those students should think of the others and not just put their bags there and should free the computers for the others to use!! Hope this is going to improve soon.....
