ya I went there few days ago. the king crab has no meat at all.. 食皇帝蟹﹐完全唔得﹐呃稱﹐有受騙的感覺 too.
but they have the service, we complaint to the manager, the manager said they will change the dessert to Mango Pudding and give us 10% discount.

Amm.. my bf cannot eat King Crab... so I seldom eat them either....

I always have some tucked in my freezer, for salad, crabcakes  and sushi.
Actually King Crab meat holds up  nicely in the freezer, much better than
Dungenese crab.

Frozen king crab meat would  take some shopping around. There is another solution,
buy some frozen king crab legs at around $10 per pound, cut open with scissors and
remove the meat. Put the crabmeat in air-tight container and return to freezer. It should
keep well for 2-3 months. The shells is not heavy and the meat is already cooked. It is not
exactly cheap but is good product at reasonable price. Compare with good fresh crabmeat
at Granville Island cost $34 per pound.
