good luck, remember to bring food

用炭 is a more traditional way for BBQ , I like using charcoal than using gas for BBQ !

But safety first !

If you are BBQing at home using charcoal, make sure you are close by the hose (functioning, of course)...

Just went to the park today and they had a new sign saying "no open fire", and checked with the park ranger, no charcoal allowed anymore.

Use real charcoal for genuine BBQ flavour,
Kingsford briquet  is made with old tire, foul smell and not enough heat,    gas is for speed and productivity, no fun

You need real wood charcoal. Now london drugs is selling them for 50% off ($6.xx)

Actually briquettes are compressed wood chip and saw dust.  If your BBQ taste like burnt tire, you probably used match light, which has starting agent.  In any case, you have to wait unit the briquettes are white before putting on food.
