這次農曆新年去香港,真係無乜時間shopping,cosmetic一件都無買。反而,試咗啲唔同嘅嘢食。
其實喺香港嘅嘢食真係好"兩極化",好平嘅有,好貴嘅都有。
今次反正無乜點shopping,啲budget就去咗食嗰度。

龍景軒 (inside Four Season Hotel)
話得米芝連三星,點都有番咁上下。

首先嚟個無敵大海景。


Table decor


Dim sum menu:


茶壺放在一旁,由server替你斟。但係你不會覺得無茶飲,因為啲server會不停替你添加。


中間啲XO醬好正。


叫了不少點心,因為樣樣都想試吓。
龍太子蒸餃

I like this one the best: 鮑魚撻.  左上角嗰個鐵盒仔係放牙籤嘅。

花膠鮑魚汁麵

蒜香豬頸脊

Dessert:

杏汁蛋白燕窩


This one is complimentary:


Other one not in the picture: 菠蘿叉燒包,蘿白糕,荳苗餃, 荷葉飯
埋單$1300 include tip for 4 people.
喺香港我冇食過咁貴嘅lunch,不過都值嘅,地方同埋service都好好。
下個post再share吓其他地方。

Ding .. I have gained 10 lbs within last ~ 3 month ..  

In HK ..  I mostly ate at home la..  much nicer then dinning out ! ^_^

我覺得vancouver啲嘢都好食喎,average嚟講仲好過香港添。(in terms of taste and portion)
俗語都有話,人比人,比死人。知足常樂啲,做人都開心啲。

Oh!!! I just back too, but I don't eat sooo much lor coz I bring my little one!!! I wish I can gain weight too!!!!!

chi seen ..  of course I wont cook la..   my wife and I dont cook in Canada ..   of course won't cook in HK la ..

yea.. $45 per person for this kinda of service and food.. it is not too bad.... I can easily spend $30 bux in Kirin for dim sum..

I agree with Fibbi,  the overall food quality is actually better than HK.  There is actually a lot of restaurant in HK 做得好 "hea".  我去過有d茶餐廳,d野難食過呢度最差果d茶餐廳好多。

Catpiano, 咁你哋咪係"無飯夫妻"?

maldini, 個燕窩糖水係俾我媽媽嘅。另外就叫咗兩份dessert sampler。個sampler 有四款,係杏仁露,楊枝甘露,椰汁紅豆糕,同埋合桃酥。其實我想試埋個桂花糕架,不過以為個sampler 有,所以無叫,但係原來無嘅。

補充吓,個鮑魚酥上邊隻鮑魚都炆得好凜,唔怕咬唔開。
個菠蘿叉燒飽個飽嘅texture就好似海港嗰個咁,而個豬頸脊就好香蒜味,又整得好鬆軟。個腸粉都好好,相比之下,個荷葉飯同個蘿蔔糕就普通咗啲。而每一樣點心都係熱嘅,連甜品啲煎堆仔都好熱,上菜嘅速度又恰到好處,所以呢餐亞爸亞媽都食得好開心。

Biggest different for eating in HK is ..  SPEED and SERVICE!!  ( Sevice in Vancouver is not bad .. but Calgary ..   really diu la sing la! )
