if you are already hired by a company, of course the company should provide free training la.
but i don't see it is a recruitment process, it is just a course to let you know what is a real dj work.  after training, you can just walk away and say goodbye wor.
but if you are famous and they ask you to work for them, of course they will provide you free training and high paid la.

Yes, I've seen they do give out warnings but not tickets because after they put it on the wind screen, I went up to take a look.
If you park in the destinated area, no body cares. I think FC didn't has any parking spots for employees. Of coucrs not the managerial staff

they are putting a TRAINING COURSE with a chance to get recruited..so you have to pay for it...if they say, this is a JOB TRAINING and they will need to hire you then train you, and if they charge you for it then of course it is not fair

so if you think it is not fair for them to charge for low quality course, you can always send in a complain to the appopriate regulatory agency

constructive criticizm? Make the course free, so everyone who are interested can join, not only the rich people. Secondly, make it a night class or weekend only course, so people can still goto work, don't need to giveup their job. Are u satisfied now?

Yes, I can completely ignore it, if there is a better chinese broadcast company other than this one. It is certainly a good thing for every Honger to have a good chinese radio station isn't it? 你地話係咪先?

I agree. Instead of criticising 廢柴, which is provably useless, just

A. Stop subscribing to their 廢 TV stations, which shows TVB HD shows in SD.... I can stream at 720p compressed w/ no commerical online and toss it to my LCD TV... why bother with $19.99 anyways?

B. Stop listening to their useless radio station. Kidd Carson in the morning if you want to take it easy going to work, or do News 1130.

C. Dun bother with employment w/ 廢柴. I know a Cantonese work environent is nice and comfortable. But knowing how much you get ripped off by them, you might as well rather get a $8.5 job else-where with full benefit/holiday/vacation/OT and no useless politics trying to fight for some $10 manager positions. This includes trying to get into their whatever DJ program, whether they charges or not.

廢柴 is a private company, not the government which you paid taxes for. Don't see why they have to answer to anyone but owner/shareholders' interests. It's a good thing for Hongers, etc arguments doesn't stick a crap to them. If they think charging for the DJ courses is a better way to do their business, let them be. If anyone doesn't like that model of business, don't do business with them (including being a student or being an employee).

No, I dont' deal with 廢柴s. I don't make money off them, nor pay them any of my hard earned money in any direct fashions.

    lol you are really funny...why do they need make the course free? its a course created by the company...they can do whatever they want with it..they don't have to cater to the minority that are not 'happy' with the course offering.

what? one cant go to the course coz one have to work???? too bad...if one really want to go to the course so bad, one will make arrangement to make it work...the decision and choice lie on their own hands
