Rogers又唔聲唔聲加我$1

今日check張單,突然發覺同平時個數唔同,原來Rogers唔聲唔聲o係Value pack加左$1 (原本$11, 宜家$12 ), 仲要唔係第一次!上年又係甘,唔聲唔聲由$10加到$11

真係搞錯呀! 有咩方法可以投訴呀!!!!????!

If you are on contract, they cannot just add the price.

but i saw some other forum said, they can't add the voice package price, but the value pack is some extra thing, they can add >< but they don't even notice, and that's the worst part ><

Hi guys... you are not one of the victims!

I already complained to Rogers. No Luck. I explained what a contract is supposed to be and their BS is just way too BS.

I think they are just fooling us at the beining when we first agree to sign contracts with them
The contract actually doesn't include the value packs. It's just the air time that's part of the contract. Value packs are just some add-ons. Some of roger customers get credits like $10 or $5 for value packs but that's not true!!!!!!! Those reps in rogers are just giving u credits for ur monthly plan NOT your value packs!!! I made several calls to complain... no lucks la. basically ur contract is just an agreement of continuing another 3 years usuage with them. this doesn't even  mean anything.

I know they used to waive your value packs fees but now they are smart. they give u $10 /$5 credit and trick u to believe that they are giving u credits for ur value packs.. but it's NOT la..... this way, they can increase their prices for their value packs ALL the time and so they can earn money from you.

about the notification when price increases. ahahha the answer i got from Rogers is "it's subject to change, you know? it says on the paper when you sign the contract. on the bill, we mentioned that we are going to increase the price, it's just u that you didn't read your bill correctly"

so when i first renewed my contract with them, it was $10, then the month later, it increased to $11. I called and yelled at them because it's not fair. so they gave me a total of $1 x 12 months credits for that extra $1 increase back then. This time, i'm not as lucky la... need to suffer another 2 more yrs.. which is subject to change.. and i'm super upset with rogers with all those services now....

don't argue with rogers, useless, just report to bbb.  for a different issue.  i got a call three days after i reported to bbb. and rogers offered me a much better solution.

check your previous invoices....the notifications are usually there.
