oh if it's at sears or the bay (department store), you can fill out an comment card to address the issue. it's an effective way to voice it out. and the manager will really take action and do something about it.
it's very disappointing to hear this kind of customer service in a big store like sears
I once went in to look for a perfume for my frd as a birthday gift. A sales approached me and asked what perfume do i normally wear. I was planning to say "Oh, i don't wear perfumes, I'm just looking for one as a gift for my frd"........i didn't even finish my sentence cuz when she heard "Oh, i don't wear perfumes", she immediately gave me a black face. So i just smiled at her and left.

我'chock' 住條氣嘛, 唔記得左寫comments/feedback, 不過it's okay because I know some counter 姐姐 are really nice too but just that day I said it right in front of that anna sui 姐姐.... 激死佢
