最貴應該係對住MINI DONUT 果兩個BOOTH。 兩三年前普通FOOD BOOTH已經差唔多 8千幾(淨租金，CORNER 位再貴D)，仲要比INSURANCE，OPERATION LICENSE，GST，消防，HEALTH SAFETY，加電費等等。 今年時間長左 (5月至10月)， 皮零野應該無走雞。 大既BOOTH應該近兩皮。

What I heard is, the rent is cheaper than two years ago.

My fd used to have a booth to sell bubble tea 3 years ago.  He told me he 賺 over $50k after paying rent and everything.

How QK is that?  If there is free parking, I may play a visit.  I didn't go there once last summer.
