I did not see anyone on LYK said 學生示威 is 暴動. It was said that 6.4 had developed to be暴動 in later stage. If I was wrong, please point it out.

If you look at the western history, in certainly period of time, they actually chose to give up 民主 for the chance of country development.

So your statement is not 100% correct based on the histo ...

Just want to let you know that the history tell us that “Fake or Bad Democracy is not better than No Democracy”.

It could be the quite opposite sometimes. Fake or Bad Democracy could bring disaster to a country and its people.

Get it?  Wish you enjoy being a 井底之蛙 by all means.

假民主同壞民主比沒民主好, this is 當然. 我唔知你讀咩洗腦式歷屎或屎片, 但用你個八月十五諗下, even 假民主同壞民主, 人民都可以有機會以選票推翻政府, 好過連一個機會都無.

好多人以為民主是必定好, 能解決所有難題. 所以就會有另一D人認為專制好, 因為民主好噪.

錯錯錯. 民主是機會, 所有人的一個機會去改善社會. 唔通人人都有平等機會唔好, 專制無機會好?  民主亦是一個平衡社會資源的機制, 有效實施係可以減輕貧富差距, it is\
a way to redistribute resource in a moderate way.

同意假民主、偽民主比無民主好，因為最少假民主都有個平台可以令到更多人廣泛認識到制度嘅虛偽，而藉此去增取同推動真正嘅民主。就算我地唔睇到伊朗咁遠，而只係睇吓小小嘅香港，響現行立法會呢個假民主制度裡面我地都可以認識到一個假民主制度有幾垃圾。泛民主派嘅民意認受性明明超過六成，但立會內嘅議席卻唔夠一半，而俾啲欽點同自動當選嘅功能組別鬼卒阻住個地球轉；而狗up權有幾咁可恥就更為可笑。正因為咁，所以港人先至更著重去追求雙普選。

That is all you have to say? It is quite disappointing. I was expecting something more thoughtful than this.

First, don’t naively believe Good Democracy can be built on Fake or Bad Democracy since it is just a different type of dictatorship. Could you give me one good example to support you point – “Fake or Bad Democracy is better than No Democracy”. Just one example is more than enough to defeat my argument, and make me look stupid. I will wait for your answer tomorrow.

Second, Good Democracy needs the “soil” to foster and grow. It took hundreds of years for western countries to establish the Democracy we admire today. How would you expect China to achieve the same level of Democracy in just 20-30 years?

Instead of bashing China online with no effort, I would like to see you have the true heart to help China to build the democracy and eventually take some actions in the future.
