exactly~ just call the regular *611 number and tell them nicely that you're in the state of considering either to stay or to leave fido (I had 6 months of contract left before renewing). Then, ask them if they could transfer you to the cancellation/retention department (because the regular CSRs have no authorities to give you anything special). I think the plan I got would probably be your best bet if you're looking into data plans (unless you don't need call displays and voicemails and text messages, and fido-fido, then I think there was a cheaper retention plan for $17.50) |
