職業訓練局男生應邀到粉嶺祥華眤一單位與十二歲女網友首度見面，聲稱受女網友胞姊與友人慫恿，要他與女網友性交。女網友胞姊事前不單提醒男生要帶安全套赴約，任友人脫去其妹下裳讓他撫摸，並持利剪揚言：「若然唔做（愛），就剪你（男生）下體！」男生最後與女網友性交，事後被警方控以一項與十三歲以下女童非法性交罪，他昨日在區域法院認罪，還柙至下月六日判刑。現已十八歲的被告張耀掹，被控一項與十三歲以下女童非法性交罪，控罪指他於去年四月十八日，在粉嶺祥華眤一單位內與當時十二歲零十一個月的女事主非法性交。法官昨稱，被告是在被提醒要「帶套」，以及明知可能會發生非法性行為下仍然赴會，案情嚴重。 提醒「帶套」赴約
綜合控方案情及辯方律師的求情，被告於去年三月在網上結識事主，雙方其後不時以電話聯絡。事發日正值事主十三歲生日前一天，事主借用十四歲胞姊的手機致電被告，但其姊奪去手機邀約被告見面，期間提醒被告「記得帶（安全）套」！被告下午一時半應邀到事主胞姊的女友人阿柔（譯音）於祥華眤寓所，首度與事主見面，四人當時在阿柔睡房玩電腦，期間事主因眼峩躺在床上，此時其姊和阿柔提議被告「你疉做愛啦」！言畢阿柔脫光事主下裳，讓被告撫摸事主下體。二人初時拒絕性交，不料姊姊竟持利剪恐嚇「若然唔做，我就剪爛你皷衫」。惟辯方昨強調，「剪衫」是事主錄口供時的版本，被告當時聞及的版本為「若然唔做，我就剪你下體！」被告聽罷即轉往另一房間，不料姊姊將房間冷氣全開，把全裸的事主推入房。事主鑽入被窩內說姊姊很麻煩，叫被告不要違抗姊命，被告遂與女童性交，期間因事主叫痛而停止，被告即衝往廁所手淫，完事後更衣離開。事主其後向母親訛稱遭強姦而報警，至錄口供時承認說謊，警方於去年六月五日拘捕被告

that girl probably knows about that law (that you cant have sex with girls under 13) and tries to screw this men on purpose...if not she wont "force" the men to have sex with her younger sister when the sister is turning 13 one day after (if she do so one day later..the guy wont be in trouble since the girl is 13 already)

姊命难違，女童自願與被告性交，被告往廁所手淫，小童說謊訛稱遭強姦，警方拘捕被告？？！！真係唔明這个案件！

i thought the victim cried that it's too painful & asked to stop... then the guy went to the bathroom himself to finish off @_@" or did i misunderstand the article?
