I created this thread to alert restaurant owner about this guy. To tell you the truth, someone even vomited after eating his food.

Yes he ate the food from my restaurant. However, he did not report to VCH.
I asked Mr. J to change his way of cooking one last time but he still would not listen. I decided to fire him and closed the restaurant until my partner comes back.
We can open anytime we want but we do not have any Malaysian cook so what's the point to open it. Currently we still needed to pay rent and stuff while we have no income from the restaurant. We can still open with Mr. J as the cook but I just do not want the same happens again. If it does, we might be reported to VCH this time.
I know if I created this thread, it might sound bad to my restaurant but I wanted to warn others about this person.
You are a person with integrity and you can be a responsible and committed business partner. I believe you will be able to partner with someone else in the future and begin a new venture.
Peter, some Chinese restaurant did do those things. Wherever Mr. J is working at now, at least, that restaurant will be good example of using unsafe way to cook.
