[中餐館] 圓香 in Richmond Center original

I just saw a new Pearl Castle in RC...apparently it is a franchise.
it is located across from the Mcdondon.
anyone tried it before?
any better or worse than the original store?

Went there today...still not open...darn~

lol, I went there a couple of days ago...
I see people eating and the lights are on, so I went it.
I see a girl who looks like a waitress, and assume she will ask me how many people
then there's this mid age guy who tells me "we are not open today"
I don't get it...if you aren't open...why are there people eating together in the store? (including young, old, guys and girls)
