For couple videos that I've watched, seems like the spellbinders will leave a mark on the B-plate for sure. (I still haven't really start die-cutting yet because I'm a little 唔捨得 to leave a mark on the plate... lols)
going to Granville Island or the Scrapbook Warehouse still requires me to walk ~15 min.. ahah aiya...... ><
The first time the spellbinder goes thru the cuttle bug and makes the crack sound (with the b-plate). It's like cracking my heart too...haha
But you will get used to it
That's no way you can do that unfortunately. The B-Plate is meant for that la...
It will have mark when use with spellbinders die cut. But normal embossing plate would be fine.
Unfortunately it does leave a scar with any die cuts~
First time I saw it I was soo sad...>.<"
But the demonstration that Sacrpbook Warehouse showed me when I bought the Big Shot..
The woman's B-plate had no clear spots!!! lol~
It was scars and curved~ She said she had used it more than 1000 alreadi~
She said people always think it's scared and need to get a new plate~ But u actually don't, it works fine so don't waste ur $~
Thanks for the info. I think if we want a clean plate for embossing, then maybe next time when we shop by the States's Michaels or Walmart, then maybe we should get a set for either die cuts or embossing. haha^^
By the way, what is the purpose for the C plate as well? It never mentioned anything in the brochure.
Yeh unless it's cracked and broken~
But she said she used it more than 1000 times and it still works perfectly~ lol~
If I go to the states and hit Walmart or Michaels..
I think my bf would kill me~ lol~
I would have to tell him to go sit down and have some McDs before I am done~ lol~
