I got most of my envelope from scrapbook warehouse (price is decent). The small size 3.5x5(?) I got it from Michaels. If you want colour envelope, Daiso has various size envelope as well. When I mail photo I got my envelope from Daiso.
My frd just asked me if I could make her wedding invitations, the only problem I have is the envelopes....
I just don't find it worth the money to pay for so much for envelopes overall.
That's wut I wanted to ask!!
I want to ask about evelopes~
My cards r about 4.5x6...
But at Michaels they sell 10 evelopes for $10..
So expensive...I can't find any at Walmart either
I want 5x7 or smaller evelopes..~
Maybe next time I will look at Scrapbook Warehouse~
But I find their stuff kind of expensive...~
I guess if u've got the materials, making wedding invitation can be quite cheap eh?
Except u hv a LOT to make~ lol~
I was thinking if it's possible to make my own when I hv a wedding~ lol~
But maybe too much work~ =P
I think if you order wedding invitation from HK, it should be the cheapest way.
If you order locally, then depends....it could be cheaper to DIY. But can you afford the TIME to do that? It's so much work la.
OR ...just design the first one...then let your friend to do the rest (e.g. say ask your friends help to cut the card stock to right size, then u do the assembling...etc.).
Well, it's gonna be really simple embossing and stamping, that 's why I thought it would be fine and my other frds offer to help so we thought it would be a great scrapbooking party opportunity
During lunch, I was thinking to myself, maybe I could buy envelopes from wholesale and sell them in 10s at a cheap rate to make some extra cash. Just some crazy thoughts.
fibbi, I was thinking the same too! My fd was asking me if I can help her up with her wedding invitation. Honestly, I am happy to help but I don't think I have the time to do it.
Hey, for the envelopes, have you tried .. walmart? thought I saw some...
Have any of you attended a Stampin' Up workshop?
My frd was asking me if I would like to co-host with her as long as I have ppl interested to join us. It's like one of those tupperware parties....
