can't believe they put out dated peach in my cake..

I am one of their regular customer who order cake from them every 2 wks with thier VIP card..

I ordered canned peach with kiwi 's blow fish shape's cake from them last friday, dec, 18... before I can't tell the peach smell bad until one of my friend told me.. before I thought the smell from the cream.. but it's not..

I phoned them and told the lady (who's new there, 'cuz I used to deal with long hair girl) was so rude and mean to me..

OMG.. what kind of attitude she is?

too bad the long hair lady that I used to deal with ... gone for vacations for a month.. not come back yet..

我上次都有同樣事件發生係個雜果生日蛋糕度
覺得佢地個蛋糕賣相特別所以就試下. 當每人一吃入口就有陣酸宿味
相當難入口,之後成個入左垃圾桶.

搞到個生日聚會尷概非常,真係錢都補償唔返.
第二日同返佢地投訴,都係講聲 Sorry 同比左4個麵包了事.

Since u had a recent case evidence, why don't u report to the health department and let them investigate before a big group of their customer got food poisoning

If you are serious about complaining , or to verify the case, you can call Vancouver Coastal Health
Richmond Health Unit, Food Protection and ask for a Public Health Inspector  604-233-3147

it happened to me last yr too....i got a cake for my bf but the fruits were all bad  =(.
