Much more with tips etc la...  waiters/waitress in Moxie etc can make $200-300 a night .... (Still need to pay tax, but not on full amount) so resturants .. charing 18% service fee tim ....

Filipino nannies make ~$2K here la..  and only ~ 44hr/week max ... that is $15K HKD.....  4 times more then HK, and half the working hour ...

just hate the term XX後, we used to say xx年代, why follow 大陸 and say XX後.........

to me...XX後 doesn't have the upper bound....80後 could mean 81...89..90..91+
while xx年代, i.e. 80年代 means 80~89年代...

just my opinion....

IMHO, 80後 simply does not make any sense, we could say 45後,  49後, or 97後, because
the years marked the  major historic changes  in Hong Kong/China.  Otherwise the new born
babies could be classified as80後 too. I'm a proud baby-boomer
