They all have meeting rooms that have 30 sitting space with tables.  approx. $20 each hr.

Please let me know at least 2 locations you can go so it would be easier for me to find a location. Or if you can go to any of the above, that would even be better

Maybe you can try calling Burnaby Main Public Library (the one near Metro).  That might be a good and big place.

I'm back from holiday but I guess few are gone these 2 weeks!
I'll ask Burnaby metro, 草莓妹妹, but are the other locations ok for you?  I don't mind metrotown but some probably live in Richmond and prefer somewhere closer to them, that's why I proposed Killarney, in the middle of Bby and Richmond....

Since few are gone, I'm propose last Saturday morning of March (Mar 27) so we could finalize this date when they are back.
