小弟真係唔覺高官兒子"打"記者, 條片係好明顯想撥走記者個相機, 咁同"打"人係好唔同. 總之就一定銼唔入佢架啦.
如果個記者o係遠d 既距離影相, 而高官兒子係行過去撥開個記者既相機既話, 咁都仲有機會有得打.

算把啦, 法律不嬲都係有錢人既玩意, 律政司明知告佢唔入, 唔通仲去浪費公帑咩.

i do believe 贏面唔高, buti just feel your point is kind of funny.  also, no matter he is 打記者or 撥開個記者既相機, as long as the reporter gets hurt, he will be sued.  the reporter was not blocking his way, so there was no excuse for him to 撥開 the reporter or the reporter's belongs.   the judge will look at both intention and result.
總之就一定銼唔入佢架啦.?  who knows? you got the llp?
