That's HARD!! I tried once... but prob don't do that again.... too much work and I am not really a fired rice person...
It's so hard to cut the flesh of the pineapple from the shell without damaging it!

Based on your fish paste omelette roll, add some diced lapchong or
lapyuk, mushroom etc so it has more complex texture and taste

   Use a grapefruit knife, or better still, a curved pineapple knife,
   it take only 2-3 minutes to remove the flesh from shell.
