I usually cook really simple dishes because it's my goal to finish cooking (i.e. ready to eat) in 20 mins. At most half an hour. 20 minutes is the time when rice is ready...so it would be perfect timing.
Some dishes I usually made:
meat: 銀芽炒肉片 or 洋蔥炒肉片 or 番茄洋蔥雞柳 or 冬菇瑤柱豬肉餅 or 午餐肉炒蛋
veggie: 鮑魚菇/金菇with白菜, or plain 菜心/西蘭花, or 蒜茸芥蘭/西芹, 牛油蒜茸蘑菇, 雜菜煲with魚蛋 and 粉絲 etc.
seafood: steam fish once a while or canned tuna + tomato, or canned salmon, or bake salmon with maple syrup, bake salmon with cheese/butter, 帶子蒸豆腐, 蒜茸蒸扇貝(if in season)
Just pick one from each category each day...and dinner is ready in 20 minutes! |
