i bought the minced pork. no time for that chop chop...
the secret from B仔 is "my ceramic dish size approx 10"across, flat bottom, 1.5" deep"
mine is 12" diameter, 0.5" deep

NO water added.
"豬肉太硬 肉餅太實" i guess it's too thick. steam time for my dish is 15mins + 後下 duck eggs 5mins + turn off heat 10mins.
those duck eggs not salty; mild.
