Do you guys know how big is the ark? How did you know that it can't fit the animals? Haha...you better go do some research about how big it is first. It's pretty big you know! Also, it only needs to carry land and animals in the sky. Their average size is not that large. Plus, only the major "kinds" need to be kept. The flood didn't last long, so storing food wasn't that big of a deal.
Have you walked around the whole thing when it's empty? If not, then how do you get a feel of how big it is? Have your calculated it's actual volume? The ark is 135m long, 22.5m wide and 13.5m high. How big is an average size animal? Do your math.
The fact that you've been to the p(ark) doesn't mean much without doing the math.

You can't just base on your calculation by the volume to fit all animal inside, you can't stack them up, there have to space between them.
How many different kind/type of animal on Earth?
You can't physically stack them but you can build shelfs/dividers/cages/etc, and you can stack those right? Of course you're not going to stack elephants but you can stack dogs and cats right?
I don't know the exactly number of kinds of air-breathe land animals, insects and birds, which are the only animals that needed to go on the ark, but I'm guessing no more than 50,000 individual animals. Just a guess, correct me if I'm wrong. These animals could be younger so their sizes can even be smaller. Insects and birds are small in size to start with.
The word "kind" is unclear whether it means a very specific species or a group of similar species, or somewhere in between. IMO, I don't think the size of the ark is a problem. The big challenge is how to feed them and keep them clean.
